The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has announced a global survey on international arbitration, conducted in partnership with EY. The survey seeks input from a diverse range of experts, including private practitioners, arbitrators, in-house counsels and government officials. Participants are invited to share their insights on various aspects of international arbitration, such as valued features, existing gaps, pricing structures and emerging trends. This initiative aims to gather comprehensive data from industry professionals to inform future developments in the field of international arbitration. The survey closes on 15 January 2025.
